Also responsible for building out and supporting a data integration strategy across the enterprise to streamline data and process flows, enabling greater insights into business data, trending, and analysis.Key Contributions & Accomplishments:• Launched and program managed the development and deployment of a data integration solution that ties our operational market management system into Oracle E-Business Suite, which eliminated manual data entry, saving hundreds of hours of effort annually across two departments while also improving data accuracy.• Launched and program managed the deployment of a new CMMS solution, allowing for improved efficiencies, streamlined processes, traceability and visibility for all maintenance related tasks in support of both proactive and reactive channels - inclusive of web, mobile and customer-facing solutions.• Facilitated the implementation and deployment of a new interactive campus mapping solution to improve the user experience of visitors to our buildings, allowing for greater visibility of up-to-date information and providing navigable maps across our five million square feet campus spanning four buildings - while also providing the framework for a new advertising medium and revenue stream.• Launched and program managed the deployment of new LED display panels across our campus, including remote monitoring and content management capabilities, while also providing opportunities for additional advertising mediums and revenue streams.
