As CEO of Raincatcher, LLC, I lead a national M&A advisory and business brokerage firm serving small to mid-market companies. The firm guides business owners through complex M&A journeys by shaping strategy, building competitive tension, negotiating the right terms, and supporting owners from preparation to close and beyond. The Raincatcher team brings hands-on experience as founders, operators, and financial professionals, combining technical expertise with real-world perspective. Raincatcher is built on the belief that selling a business isn’t just a transaction, it\'s a life-changing transition.While Raincatcher’s reach spans multiple sectors, my personal advisory focus is on real estate service companies, including vacation rental management firms and related service providers. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of advising numerous founders and management teams in this niche — guiding strategic growth, recapitalization, and full-sale processes with a deep understanding of industry dynamics, valuation drivers, and buyer landscapes.Before joining Raincatcher, I spent nearly a decade in real estate sales, development, and investment, where I learned what it takes to close large, complex transactions: disciplined preparation, clear communication, and relentless follow-through. That foundation still drives how I lead deals today — with strategy, precision, and empathy for the entrepreneur behind the numbers.I hold an MBA from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
