My team manages a diverse book of claims that includes Construction Liability Bodily Injury and Property Damage, Commercial Auto, and Construction Defect. These claims not only involve the minor Property Damage claim but also include the high level catastrophic Bodily Injury and Property Damage loss. We navigate major Commercial Construction Defect claims for Subcontractors as well as General Contractors. In addition, we have various Third Party Over Bodily injury claims in such jurisdictions as New York, Illinois, California, and Texas.
