Accountable for the successful completion of all first line of defense testing of key business functions. Additionally, responsible for creation and implementation of Collections, Credit, Fraud,\\\\nCredit Bureau Management policies and procedures working closely with Corporate\\\\nCompliance and training for implementation. Which includes coordination of internal\\\\nreporting on testing results as requested by Senior Management. Testing primarily consists\\\\nof Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Best Practices, Legal Requirements, process Creation\\\\nand Implementation, and Issues Resolution. Responsible for adhering to productivity, quality, and cost standards as well as creating a positive work environment, which maximizes individual team, and unit\\\\nperformance.\\\\n\\\\n-Gather requirements from applicable departments and obtain necessary legal approval(s)\\\\n-Implements and oversees testing while coordinating the analysis of results.\\\\n-Present results to the required audience and provide relevant information for the audience to make an informed decision.\\\\n-Develop testing procedures working directly with Corporate Compliance and Senior Management\\\\n-Collaborate with Private Credit/Collections Training department to assist in designing training materials for the operational staff that pertain to all new or modified policies and procedures.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
