About Jason Hester

My name is Jason Hester and I am the CEO at Navitas Wealth Advisors. My life and career have been built around establishing big goals and approaching the milestones to get there with a sense of possibility. I have a deep passion for helping people sort through challenges in their current situation and helping them develop a plan for moving forward into a brighter future. Although my career started in the financial services industry in 1998 with Navitas’ predecessor, Hester Advisory Group, my career shifted in 2006 as I left the firm and pursued several different paths before coming back. I originally left the firm to work as the Executive Pastor of Ministries for Pinelake Church to help them facilitate growth, both internally with staff and leadership and externally. Together with the Senior Leadership Team there, we were ranked in the top 80 fastest growing churches in the United States. Following my role with the Church, my family and I uprooted and moved to South Africa for three months to launch a non-profit called Restoration Hope, where we focused on re-vamping the downward cycle of poverty associated with the AIDS pandemic. Restoration Hope is in its 9th year of serving in South Africa, has over 1,700 kids in weekly mentoring programs, and supports 7 full-time local workers in South Africa. Upon our return the United States, I started a management consulting firm, where I had the opportunity to work with privately owned businesses with $3M -$50M in revenue, helping to ensure their personal and business plans were guided by an ambitious vision, fueled by proper resources and equipped to deliver top-notch performance. In 2014, I felt it was time to return to my roots and I once again joined Navitas Wealth Advisors. Here, I am able to follow my passion of helping future generations of families ascend to their places of leadership and achieve their own legacies of significance.
