Responsible to define the strategy (design, deployment and governance) for the optimization of the enterprise to eliminate often-fragmented legacy processes (both manual and automated). Design the enterprise in the data domain to be in line with company’s vision towards the building of a strong data driven enterprise. Act as a key enabler and decision maker for digital transformation of the company. Represents the single point of contact and escalation point for any questions, concern and issues regarding the Global Data & Analytics digital transformation programs, maintaining effective communication channels and positive working relationships. Data maturity assessment, roadmap, strategy & execution plan creation for setup a data driven organization. Define architecture landscape and resolve any conflicts within it. Product comparison and selection under the hood of organizational context. Create reusable ABB (Architecture building block) and SBB (Solution building block) within data-domain to ensure uniformity & maximizing reusability factor. Build and maintain enterprise level reference library, for topics such as security, governance, etc. Supports the evaluation of third-party vendors and technology options and build digital skill framework, ultimately making the decision on target state solutions. Design an advanced, agile data governance organization. Work closely with key stakeholders within the business, VPs, CXOs and other EAs, SAs, governance team to ensure the enterprise design is aligned to the required business transformation. Leading critical program implementation, ensuring its success. Identifies best practices in the marketplace to inject new capabilities in Campari Group as benchmarking. Manages regular and relevant communication to all key global and local stakeholders. Work with VPs / CXOs to decide annual budget and identifying pockets for better expenditure to drive better ROVs.
