   Leads the strategic vision and execution of Capital Group’s centralized Summer Associate Program (US), delivering a high-impact experience for 80+ interns across multiple business areas to strengthen CG’s future talent pipeline- Drives talent development initiatives by overseeing intern onboarding, orientation sessions, and manager enablement programs, including training and resource development to ensure effective intern-manager partnerships- Champion intern experience and engagement, curating networking events, leadership panels, volunteer activities, and project-based learning to foster belonging and professional growth- Develop and execute social media campaigns showcasing intern contributions to enhance employer branding and attract top talent- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, IT, Talent Marketing, Research, Finance, Payroll, Learning & Development, HRBPs, and HR Operations to deliver seamless program execution and continuous improvement- Manage program budgets and resources to achieve strategic objectives while maintaining operational excellence- Collect and analyze program data (such as NPS scores) to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and drive actionable enhancements- Develop and implement a “keep warm” strategy to build community and maintain candidate engagement between offer acceptance and program start, reducing renege rates and strengthening long-term talent relationships.
