Scaling, managing, and mentoring the product design team. Currently influencing and partnering with product, design, engineering, and research teams to enhance our suite of restaurant products on our management platform with the goal of increasing hospitality sales on Tripadvisor.com. My empathy has grown tremendously for this sector - specifically restauranteurs and hoteliers- during the pandemic. I am proud of how our teams have navigated through these times and how we have prepared our restaurant platform for success. Organizing design sprints, leading offsite presentations, building and improving our designs systems with the design team, and validating design processes and solutions with quantitative and qualitative metrics. Actively participating in quarterly and yearly planning processes with product, engineering, research, and executive leads.
