Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Safety and Transportation, my role’s focus is improving data processes in Safety, Fleet and Logistics; with direct oversight of data integrity, data culture, data infrastructure, data visualizations/reporting, and ensuring alignment with company policy related to data governance for all inputs and outputs. Support counterpart’s (Safety, Fleet and Logistics Managers) interactions and projects with internal/external stakeholders and partners.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Strategy Development: Support and develop continuous improvement initiatives.· Data Culture: Build and encourage an environment where data is used to make key decisions.· Data Governance: Enforce company policy and ensure high data quality (i.e: availability, usability, integrity, and security).· Data Visualization: Effectively use of visual elements to ensure stakeholders of all levels can quickly consume key information.· Advanced Analytics: Using tools (i.e: Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to identify trends, predictive data analytics, data mining, and gap analyses.· Service and Communication: Work closely with Fleet and Logistics to set realistic expectations and timelines, minimizing departmental, company, and customer impact.· Leadership and Development: Lead team of Analysts with growth in mind
