Office ops with heart, structure with soul.Since 2012, I’ve been shaping smooth days and strong teams at BCG – from executive assistance to cross-location operations. Renovations, relocations, reorganizations? Been there, planned that. I lead with clarity, care and a good dose of pragmatism. Before BCG, I managed projects, magazines, and people – from law firms to cheerleading squads (yes, really). Whether in finance compliance or floor plans, my mission is always the same: create flow, empower others, and keep things human. Off the clock, I stay loud – as a long-time cheerleader, choreographer and judge. These days, I coordinate the “Flight Crew” for Rhein Fire and still believe that great teamwork deserves a standing ovation.
