As eFootball Manager I was responsible for starting the project from scratch, being responsible for most of its areas in terms of planning and execution, key responsibilities- establishing a development strategy under the licences of UEFA (Konami) and FIFA (EA) and cooperation with other departments at the Polish FA- management of Polish National eFootball teams (FIFA + PES)- planning, establishing and executing our own competition/tournaments- marketing and PR daily tasks- social media content creation involving events with “real” national teams- commercial aspects (licencing and sponsorship deals for esports)
