In this role I am responsible for the financial management of CBRE’s alliance with T-Mobile in the US with annual turnover of $200M, leading a team of 18 finance analysts, managers, and procurement specialists that provide accounting, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounts receivable and payable management, contract management and other services for both CBRE and our client, T-Mobile.• Upon signing of the new contract with T-Mobile, reorganized and cross-trained the on-account finance team inherited from the previous client contract with Sprint.• Reduced aged receivables balance from $12M to below $1M by streamlining the internal processes and working closely with the Client to improve and speed up the invoice review and approval on the Client side.• Implemented the Adaptive system to ensure more accurate and transparent Client budgeting, forecasting and reporting both for the internal needs and the Client.• Facilitated the account management and Client decision making by providing numerous ad-hoc reports to both internal and external customers.• Implemented Employee Master List that tracks all staffing changes and ensures accurate billing to the Client and the correct PO.• Due to the move from one single PO approach during the Sprint contract to 22+ PO structure for T-Mobile business, implemented a PO tracker, which provides current information about each PO, the available vs spent funds and ensures the Client receives timely requests for any required PO supplements.• Worked closely with the CBRE pricing and business development teams to provide information and verify pricing models for new Client RFP’s.• Contributed to exceeding the planned COP targets in 20••••23 by ensuring close monitoring of NREIM spend, accurate accounting and synergies.
