ABOUT JANIKA MCFEELY
I’m an architect and sustainability consultant with two decades of experience in strategic planning for accelerating sustainability and decarbonization strategies in the built environment. I have worked from the individual building to the regional scale and everything in between to develop and implement meaningful sustainability, climate, and resiliency solutions for commercial and public clients. My depth of technical expertise coupled with my understanding of organizational change management enables me to help guide project teams towards solutions that are both ambitious and implementable. I’ve designed net zero carbon projects, facilitated strategic equity-centered climate action and sustainability planning, developed building and energy policies, and managed complex building projects, allowing me to build up a portfolio and team that tackles the most pressing challenges of today and tomorrow.
