Serve as Program Management Office Director for the NASA AEGIS Program which is a ten year +$2B program with annual revenues >$200M that delivers IT network solutions to our NASA customer; manage five to six direct reports and an organization of 50+ resources; provide direct management oversight and support to a multiple-discipline team with responsibility across contracts, finance, subcontracts, procurement, resource management, safety, logistics, configuration and change management; lead contract deliverables to include the programs Annual Work Plan which is submitted each year and comprised of current work scope and working with NASA customers across the Service Lines and Centers to define potential work for the upcoming year; sponsor and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives, to improve and develop processes to increase productivity, meet our business objectives and ensure compliance with contract and Leidos requirements; develop strategic plans that establish or streamline cost effective frameworks for fulling internal and external stakeholders objectives/vision and goals.
