ABOUT JANEY BROSTER

I am a highly experienced hands on PM, with a back ground on more detailed Functional Business Analysis and Business Change experience. I have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a wealth of HR, Payroll, Finance and Business Intelligence experience. I have been exposed to various project delivery methodologies (Prince 2/MSP) all within business facing roles resulting in significant business change and business analysis experience. My Project Management responsibilities (15 yrs experience) include managing detailed plans (MPP), RAID management, Board and Portfolio reporting, Senior Stakeholder management and supplier management throughout the full project lifecycle; these Projects have had budgets of ~£10m. These roles have been within multiple sectors including Financial, Public Sector, Private sectors which have had complex processes and procedures. I have been involved in implementations and upgrades of various applications from eRP (Finance and HCM), Oracle and PeopleSoft HCM, ELM, OBIEE products in both Cloud and on premise technologies. I have worked on global and UK projects and have experience of working with outsourced service providers and technical partners. I am a team player; an excellent communicator and pride myself on business understanding, customer service and delivery focus.
