As Head of Global Planning, I lead the development of our global portfolio roadmap for our optical and related software products - including the industry\'s first blade-based, open, modular optical platform (1FINITY) and the first operational multi-vendor optical network controller (Virtuora-NC). These build on Fujitsu\'s 30+ years of delivering innovative, cost-effective, reliable, and durable optical transport solutions to the largest network operators in the world.As Deputy Head of the Optical Business Division, I am responsible for the Division profitability in the west region. I also serve as deputy head and advisor to the Global Head of our Division.
