I’m a mission-driven leader focused on mobilizing talent to fuel economic growth and accelerate the American dream. As the Co-founder & CEO of The Acceleration Project (TAP), I have grown the organization into a national nonprofit with a full-time team, strategic partnerships across 25+ corporations and development agencies, and a powerful network of over 200 Fortune 500 and Wall Street advisors. TAP has delivered measurable impact: 94% of our clients remain in business after one year, 98% say they are better equipped, and over half report growth in revenue.My leadership experience spans the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. As Mayor of the Village of Scarsdale, NY, I led a transformation in local government, launching infrastructure and revitalization initiatives and stewarding the community through COVID-era fiscal recovery. Under my administration, the Village earned the Government Finance Officers Association Award for financial reporting and saw investment income grow 30x from $58K to $1.8M.I currently serve on the boards of venture- and private equity–backed companies, advisory boards, and nonprofit institutions, helping leadership teams navigate growth, innovation, and long-term strategy. As CEO at EJA Industries, a platform to invest in private equity and venture capital deals, I work alongside CEOs at middle market ($20 -$220M) companies to drive growth from a majority-ownership position. My additional roles include GameChanger (a Dick’s Sporting Goods company) Advisory Board, the Regional Plan Association Board, White Plains Hospital Innovation and Finance Committees, and the Harvard Women’s Leadership Board. I’ve also served as a federal policy advisor on the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Investment Capital Advisory Committee and held board leadership roles with Harvard Business School and the League of Women Voters. I bring a cross-sector perspective rooted in strategic governance, economic development, and inclusive growth. As an investor and board advisor, I look for opportunities where capital can catalyze positive social and economic outcomes.Meaningful progress is never achieved alone.
