I am currently a First Officer for Lufthansa, merging my passion for aviation with the strategic, operational, and leadership skills I’ve developed throughout my diverse career. Before returning to aviation, I worked as a Pathways Operations Manager at Amazon, where I led key initiatives to optimize logistics, improve operational performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. Alongside, I co-founded a startup, leveraging my entrepreneurial mindset.My business expertise is supported by an MBA from Esade and London Business School, where I was awarded the Scholarship for Excellence and ranked in the top 10% of the class. During my MBA, I gained significant experience in the consulting sector at Porsche Consulting and LEK. At LEK I provided strategic advisory services on high-stakes transactions, including market assessments, due diligence, and growth strategies for private equity clients. My work at Porsche Consulting focused on driving operational excellence and process optimization in high-performance environments, further enriching my ability to deliver value in complex business settings.Before pursuing my MBA, I began my career as an airline pilot with Austrian Airlines, part of the Lufthansa Group, and trained at Lufthansa Flight Training. Additionally to the MBA, I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in International Aviation Systems Engineering and Management from Hochschule Bremen. My experience as a pilot helped me develop critical skills in leadership, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure, while also offering deep insights into the operational and technical aspects of the aviation industry.Now, as I continue my career with Lufthansa, I draw on my unique combination of aviation expertise, consulting experience in strategy, M&A and Private Equity, and business leadership to drive value and innovation in everything I do.
