Mr. Bou-Saab offers over 25 years of professional experience in transportation, public works and civil engineering projects as a project engineer, project manager, and business owner. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois and Wisconsin. He attended Marquette University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984 and a Master of Science in construction management degree in 1986. He has been Principal-in-Charge of analysis, design and construction for major public and private infrastructure and transportation projects.Mr. Bou-Saab is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineer, the American Council of Engineering Companies, American Public Works Association, the Arab American Association of Engineers and Architects, and the Arab American Business and Professional Association. He is also a member of the Natural Sciences Advisory Committee for Carthage College in Kenosha, WI and Robert Morris College of Illinois. Mr. Bou-Saab is Chairman of the Village of Oak Park School District 97 Facilities Committee of the Board of Education and Past Chairman of IDOT/American Council of Engineering Companies Region 1 Technology Subcommittee. He holds memberships with the Peoria Sustainability Commission, and Innovative Conference on Asphalt and Transportation and Advisory board member of the Children’s Hospital of the University of Illinois-Chicago.
