I am an In-House Counsel and Contracts Manager at NovaSource Power Services, a global leader in total asset optimization for utility-scale solar and battery storage systems. With a prominent international presence, NovaSource is leading the industry in expertise while providing customers with reliable, cost-effective renewable energy operations. I support our mission with strategic legal counsel in commercial transactions, negotiation, and compliance.In 2018, I began my career in solar energy and have since gained experience spanning the lifecycle of renewable energy projects including land use and development (title, permitting, environmental, survey), project finance, EPC, and long-term O&M (utility scale, ESS, distributed generation). This experience allows me to balance legal risk with business priorities while delivering solutions that support growth and strengthen partnerships.My work assignments have given me the privilege of connecting with incredible colleagues. I believe that people in the renewable energy industry are some of the most collaborative, mission-driven professionals you\'ll ever meet.I’m an Arizona native and you can usually find me with my husband, three daughters, and our golden retriever enjoying life in Phoenix.
