Program Specialist • Serve as a subject matter expert for the contingent worker staffing process• Deliver effective support to management on 360° requisition • Document requisition intake into the appropriate VMS database• Maintain a dashboard of requisitions including scheduling and gathering feedback• Create and extend offers, set start dates, and monitor progress• Facilitate onboarding for all hiring levels across the program• Coach, manage, and oversee the performance of participating staffing suppliers• Investigate issues within the program including performance, contract ends, ensuring company equipment returns, time sheet issues, extensions, and transfers• Identify gaps in the process and implement solutions • Drive manager/supplier conversations to ensure a smooth process• Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.Recruitment Sourcing Specialist – (RPO: Centene Corp.)• Sourced qualified candidate for open requisitions within client industry• Select & qualify candidates based upon culture, skill, & motivational fit.• Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.• Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans.• Provide professional advice along with open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practices.
