Planning and Supply – Long term and short term volume planning, managing factory relationships, managing and improving the end to end supply chain from order to delivery. Market and performance reporting and analytics. Import and Logistics – Management of wholly owned port operations function. Managing incoming shipments, port operations and outbound distribution. Incentive and Contribution Margin Management – Defining the commercial programmes across all sales channels to deliver against monthly sales objectives whilst optimising profitability. Leading an overall team of 43 people across 4 functions.
