All my previous work experiences have help me to be a well rounded, knowledgeable real estate agent, including taking the Building Inspector course. My community involvement and network of community members provide me with benefits that greatly allow me to provide clients with better knowledge of the neighbourhoods and homes they are interested in viewing. I have never thought of being a real estate agent as a sales career, but more of a consulting or advisory role based on the needs of the client.
