Also, an accredited LEED AP BD+C professional. Learned early on to focus on relationships, collaboration, engaging and understands that a project is never just about the building. He combines his knowledge of project financing, trends, metrics and an in depth understanding of the surrounding community to support both the client and the future tenants. The resulting design solutions welcome people home with a greater sense of wellbeing, security, and comfort.

As Design Leader/ Principal at Dekker Perich Sabatini, I aim to help foster the next generation of architects by leading by example and showcasing the impact of thoughtful and innovation design. I understand the importance of creating long-lasting business relationships through close client engagement and collaboration. In my eyes, a project is never just about the building. I combine my knowledge of project financing, trends, metrics and an in-depth understanding of the surrounding community to support both the client and the future tenants. The resulting design solutions welcome people home with a greater sense of wellbeing, security, and comfort.
