Lead internal communications for the organization, ensuring regular and transparent communications. Develop and implement an internal communications strategy which supports overall business strategy, people strategy and employee engagement. Manage internal company-wide meetings and events. Support executive leaders translating their vision and priorities into clear and compelling messages for employees. Collaborate with Marketing and public relations to align external communication priorities and campaigns with internal audiences. Collaborate with HR leadership to design communication plans for employee benefits programs, talent management initiatives, and other HR-related efforts. Create alignment with brand strategy and standards through coordination with Marketing and Legal teams as it relates to corporate and BCBSA standards. Work to provide internal communications support for all initiatives and programing including EBRGs and other culture champions. Manage internal communication channels, including email newsletters, company-wide meetings, intranet platforms, and digital signage, to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Develop and ensure adherence to goals and deadlines for the internal communications function.
