ABOUT JAMES BROWN

I am an email marketing & marketing automation manager/specialist with extensive experience working at a CRM provider, marketing automation company, marketing automation reseller, property company and digital marketing agency. The numerous roles I have embarked on have allowed me to enhance my customer service and project management skills by working with people on many levels at businesses both big and small. I have extensive knowledge of marketing best practices, website tracking, landing page creation, project management, lead generation, team management/strategy and more. I also work closely with the sales team to provide support, insight and guidance when positioning opportunities. My role is to ensure that customers email campaigns, online marketing and marketing automation projects are run and managed correctly, have the maximum marketing impact and are targeted at the correct audience to increase campaign engagement. I am highly organised which ensures that my projects are delivered on time and within budget. I am a good communicator and I am able to make fairly technical or complex issues easy for other, less experienced or knowledgeable people to understand. I am SugarCRM and Sugar Market certified plus I have a great working knowledge of TeamWork, Oktopost, Looker, Salesforce CRM, plus I am Google Analytics & AdWords certified. I also have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Infor CRM, Sage & Bullhorn.
