I provide executive-level support to the President and Board of Directors, ensuring smooth operations, strategic alignment, and impactful engagement across the Foundation. My work spans executive communications, governance, grants, and budget management, as well as the design and execution of high-profile convenings and events.In this role, I serve as a trusted partner in drafting correspondence, managing Board relations, and producing critical materials that shape decision-making. I participate in the grant approval processes and collaborate with legal, finance, and program teams to maintain compliance and accuracy.Beyond administration, I lead and/or support cross-functional initiatives like Collision Convenings, the President’s Speaker Series, and organizational events, while strengthening systems for file management, communications, and team collaboration. My work is grounded in detail, strategy, and relationship-building to support leadership and advance the mission of the Foundation.
