I work with destinations, hospitality brands, and experience designers who understand that travel can be a catalyst for transformation, meaningful connection, and positive impact.As co-founder of the Transformational Travel Council and The Council consulting team, I’ve had the privilege of helping shape the field of transformational travel and contributing to the broader conversation around the Transformation Economy. My work centers on helping leaders align purpose with practice, crafting experiences that pulse with life and impact, regenerate places, and consciously grow business. Along the way I draw from regenerative development, living systems thinking, conscious leadership, experience strategy, and storytelling to shape next-generation travel and hospitality experiences.Over the years I have also founded and advised multiple adventure travel and experience brands rooted in exploration, nature, and meaningful human connection. I love working where strategy meets wonder, helping organizations design journeys that matter to people and to the places they touch. I keynote, consult, and collaborate with leaders around the world, and have spoken on many of the industry’s biggest stages about the evolving role of travel as a force for personal and planetary transformation.I am proud to be a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants and The Explorers Club, communities that reflect my deep interest in both the strategic and exploratory frontiers of travel.Want to talk?
