As a Practice Lead and Account Executive within Actalent’s Aerospace & Defense team, I oversee both Business Development and Technical Recruiting operations to ensure the needs of our clients, contractors & consultants are consistently met. Actalent is a global leader in engineering services and talent solutions. Our national/ global footprint and flexible delivery models ensure access to specialized talent and solutions where and when needed. Our goal is to improve our client’s ability to innovate, design, build, test and scale complex products and systems. We specialize in supporting critical programs across various industries including Maritime, Space, Airborne, Land, Electronics and C5ISR domains, enabling our industry partners to achieve key milestones. Our delivery models include technical recruiting, teaming/ subcontracting, and deliverable-based/ outsourced engineering services within our various Design Centers/ CUI Centers.With over 150 offices nationally, Actalent has brick-and-mortar proximity to nearly all major markets and military bases, ensuring our ability to support contracts with multiple-location programs. With more than 37 years of experience in the Defense/ Government space, we understand the stringent requirements and quick turnaround capabilities that are necessary to keep projects on time and within budget. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 kids, coaching lacrosse, cooking/ grilling, traveling, and watching my Baltimore Ravens!
