I am a team leader that brings years of design and development leadership skills to help groups achieve their career goals. I have implemented a 3D group into our process and am up to speed on the latest 3D advancements in footwear- Leader on the Innovation and advance concepts teams- Work with Biomechanics labs and leading universities to find issues and prove out concepts- Extensive work experience in China, Vietnam, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Thailand, Korea etc- Have built several design teams from the ground up and pride myself on keeping those teams as drama free as possible with open dialogue and continued support.
