The section is required to stand, chant, yell, wear Hawks gear, and provide constant energy throughout the 63-seat section and throughout the entire games. My duties as a section leader include- Leading, managing, organizing, and handling all administrative duties pertaining to the 125-member section, including filling 63 seats for every home game- Managing priority list to determine which members get tickets to high-volume games- Recruiting for avid fans, leading tryouts, and marketing the section to potential members- Ensuring order, organization, and constant energy providing the best home-court advantage in the NBA- Promoted from Section Assistant to Section Leader/Supervisor after 8 months
