As Head of Business Excellence, Jaismon is responsible for the following functions- Corporate Strategy & Business Planning: Shape up company\'s strategy to drive growth and top tier business performance. Strategy definition and Annual Planning around Business growth, Profitability, New Geo, Capabilities, Organic and Inorganic growth plans, Organization structure- Operations: Drive Operational excellence by delivering improvements in key Operational metrics- Delivery and Process excellence: Responsible for key operations and delivery excellence metrics. Metrics definition, monitoring and governance to ensure predictable performance. Systems and Process definition and implementation- Leading the Global Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management team – Responsible for Talent strategy, People supply chain processes, Lateral/Campus/Leadership recruitment, Contingent workforce management and Internal talent mobility- M&A: Define M&A strategy and lead successful integrations- Information Security: Work with CISO to define and implement internal InfoSec controlsJaismon manages the Office of the CEO - Manage implementation of strategy and key decisions - Quarterly Board presentations, Business plan reports, Dashboards, and Leadership events - Facilitate governance activities and reviews - Manage communications and roll out of key initiatives
