About Jaime Rojas

I have a B.S. and an M.P.A. in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, with more than 25 years of government advocacy & communications experience including as a government relations executive for companies like United Parcel Service and Lucent Technologies. I began my political and government experience as an intern in The White House under the Clinton Administration for the Office of Public Liaison & Latino outreach for President Clinton, as well as for The White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics. I was then hired on the Clinton re-election campaign team as a consultant for Latino statewide outreach in California.I have developed strong local, state & national relationships with various elected officials, senior level municipal administrators and their staff because of my successful client work through the years. I understand the symbiotic relationships between government, business, & local communities. I use this critical knowledge and combined understanding of government to assist my clients to successfully maneuver through the labyrinth of government.I am the former President and CEO of the nearly member-strong California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CHCC), an organization committed to promoting & advancing business interests and supporting legislative advocacy focused on business issues for CA\'s business community. I also served on the Board of Directors for the CHCC and the Los Angeles Metro Hispanic Chamber.I have also served as a visiting scholar at USC\'s Sol Price School of Public Policy\'s graduate school program and have taught classes on government relations & lobbying.I published my first book in 2011 titled,\"The Conservative\'s Pocket Constitution\". The 2nd edition was released in September 2016 and available @ Government relations, advocacy, communications, branding & marketing, crisis management, PR, community outreach and social media.
