I’m a highly adaptable, detail-oriented, performance driven, Relationship Manager with 20 years. Since 1997 I have been working with small businesses from the ones that needed a government guarantee to receive financing to the multimillion dollar multinational companies that were looking to expand, buy a new facility or acquire additional equipment. As a former small business owner I have an understanding of their needs and will try to educate my Customer in understanding the “banking world” and how to work within the bank\'s guidelines. I have experience in financing owner and non-owner occupied real estate including construction, acquisitions and refinancing, leasehold improvements, business acquisitions, working capital as well as equipment purchases and partners buyouts.I\'m versed in SBA Express, 7(a) and 504 programs as well as USDA (I have working knowledge of Export-Import Bank programs too!)Since 2021 I’ve been involved with the “credit side” of the industry managing the bank’s SBA portfolio and all aspects of business life cycle (relocations, expansions, sales, divorces, deaths, etc.) including debt restructuring, offer in compromise,bankruptcies and liquidations.
