All aspects of the project are carried out to an exceptional standard for both client satisfaction and cost savings.• Assist the Project Team commercial department with defining final scope of MEP Subcontractors work• Liaison with clients, consultants and local authority for effective implementation of project activities to the highest standards and to the utmost satisfaction of the management.• Review of designs, drawings, standard and specifications, B.O.Q s, work programs etc.• Overseeing the resolution of design discrepancies through all areas of the project though interfacing with Design department and hence facilitating timeout information for construction works.• Providing the required resources to complete the project.• Reviewing the performance of the man / machines employed in the Projects.• Preparing tender documents for the all MEP aspects of the project.• Responsible for vendor drawing approval.• Ensuring Quality of construction process.• Participating in design & development reviews.• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
