As a software engineering and development manager, I’ve spent much of my career leading global development teams in building distributed systems and API-enabled applications that drive business and growth opportunities at Wall Street firms.During that time, I’ve been privileged to build and lead software engineering organizations of up to 150 people for Credit Suisse, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs, dispersed across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.Collectively, we collaborated with business partners to build, launch, or modernize more than twenty complex on-prem and on-cloud software products and platforms capable of handling more than 10 million transactions a day in reliable, efficient, and scalable systems.Growth and turnaround initiatives span replatformings, migrations, alignments, and integrations that simplified architecture, standardized functionality, and improved technology performance. Additionally, I’ve led several greenfield and brownfield development projects to create early-to-market electronic trading systems for equities, futures, foreign exchange, and US Treasuries.Building platforms and applications that make real impact to an enterprise doesn’t happen without cohesive teams and shared purpose. Building high-performing teams means creating cultures of ownership, transparency, trustworthiness, and open communication. I take the same approach into cross-functional company relationships, as well as engagements with vendors, who, at the end of the day, are every bit a part of the development team.

   Joined to help the equities business and technology departments streamline and optimize processes, making them more efficient and effective—enabling end-to-end technologies in support of new business areas, integrating legacy systems, and consolidating platforms into fewer moving parts and creating economies of scales.Leadership of global technology teams (for example, engineering, data, analytics, project management, business analysis, production support) across product development, integration, alignment, and migration programs impacting users in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
