ABOUT JOSEPH A. JAD DIETERLE

As Executive Director for the Northern New England market, Jad helps his colleagues achieve their goals in an environment that is supportive, collegial and marked by excellence. Jad tries to spend as much of his time focused on his Why - Fostering a culture of passion and empathy so that people feel good about who they are and what they do. Culture can and should be the most important part of any organization. Jad adopted this approach over the course of his 25 year career - a career that began as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch, and has included various management roles. Jad is a graduate of Notre Dame with a BBA, and he has an MBA from Wheeling Jesuit University. He has attended several executive leadership programs at Harvard, Stanford and the Wharton School. In addition, Jad is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor working with business owners on succession planning. Jad lives in Brunswick ME with his wife April and their three sons. He sits on the boards of both Big Brothers - Big Sisters of Southern Maine and Make a Wish of Maine.
