Oversee all events within American Family Field and the ballpark grounds ensuring they are organized and executed to the highest standard possible; work directly with clients on all aspects of event logistics• Provide clients and guests with superior service ensuring Brewers’ hospitality standards are upheld; act as point-of-contact and American Family Field representative for clients and guests during events• Oversee the sales strategy for the non-game private events at American Family Field, including events at X-Golf AmFam Field and the J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard• Plan and oversee execution of Club sponsored events, including employee events and Ownership receptions• Assist in planning and production of all large-scale and full stadium Club-hosted events• Serve as main liaison and effectively communicate with internal departments including Event Services, Grounds, IT, Ballpark Operations, Catering, Cleaning, Parking Services, Event Supply Rentals, as needed, for event planning and operations• Lead team of Event Coordinators, providing guidance and support on hospitality practices and event sales, planning and logistics• Manage marketing and strategies to grow new business for American Family Field and the ballpark grounds• Foster event client relationships, including our CVB, event vendors and community and corporate partners• Coordinate annual review of department standards and practices; including development of client surveys, reports on areas/needs for improvement, compare services to other local competitor venues, help develop plans for upcoming year• Oversee department finances and budget including fiscal year revenue goals
