Daily Account Engagement: Proactively reach out to 20 accounts each day, maintaining a high level of activity with 15–20 calls and 60 overall touchpoints to drive engagement and results- Deal Progression & Account Growth: Focus on progressing deals through the sales cycle, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell to expand account value and ensure customers have comprehensive solutions- Needs Assessment: Regularly assess customer needs to ensure Barracuda’s solutions are fully addressing their requirements, and identify areas where additional support or products may be beneficial- Channel Partner Collaboration: Work closely with channel partners, providing timely quotes, aligning on deal strategies, and coordinating efforts to deliver value to both partners and customers- Contract & Quote Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and quotes with customers and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and smooth renewals- Proactive Renewal Outreach: Initiate renewal conversations 90 days in advance, while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with partners and customers to foster loyalty and long-term success- Relationship Management: Build and nurture positive relationships with both channel partners and customers, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all sales and renewal needs.
