As Publisher, my mission is to help the residents of Gallatin, Madison and Park Counties in Montana to explore where their local food comes from, how it’s produced, and who makes it. We believe that locally sourced, sustainably produced food matters to our health, to our lives, to our communities, and to the future of the world around us.Edible Bozeman is a locally owned media company and an authority on the local food scene as captured in print, digital and community events. We are dedicated to telling the stories of local food and drink in Bozeman Montana, season by season. Farmers, ranchers, foragers, fisherfolk, restaurants, brewers, distillers, locally owned businesses, chefs, foodies, and all things considered “food culture” are represented in this beautifully produced quarterly publication. We’re part of Edible Communities Inc, a network of more than 80 individually owned publications across North America united by a single mission: to connect food lovers to the best resources they can find in their own neighborhoods.
