ABOUT JACK BIRTWHISTLE

As a Mental Skills and Conditioning coach I work with athletes, performers and professionals with a singular focus, continuous improvement. I support my clients, both teams and individuals, through delivering tailored performance-focused initiatives in the areas of Mental Skills for Peak Performance, Leadership, Team Dynamics, Planning and Instruction for performance and Decision Making. I have attained a Masters of Science in Performance Psychology from Edinburgh University. Prior to attaining my Masters, I hold 6 years of professional experience in sports administration. In my experiences as a Business and Sports Manager, I demonstrated a history of success working in the sports industry. Skilled in Analytics and Problem Solving, Management, Leadership, and Organisational Strategy as well as being a high-level communicator and negotiator with excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, I oversaw the growth of the sports programs at the Australian National University, achieving improved and sustained on-field performance and growth in participation. My combination of professional experience and education position me as a unique contributor to your organisation. My ability to understand business, to think and operate strategically combined with my education and experience in performance ensure that not only will I enhance your organisations performance but that performance is intelligently applied to achieving organisational objectives and outcomes.
