Experienced Strategy Leader specialized in Competitive Agility for Resources / Products / H & PS client engagements – projects realized across various geographies with over 20 years of sector consulting experience in strategy, operating models, restructuring, strategy implementation PMO support, process optimization, business cases and feasibility studies and DD. Currently focused on Resources / Oil & Gas and Utilities strategies as well as Energy Transition, Decarbonization and Sustainability. Leading a team of 60+ strategists within the Accenture\'s Global Network in Poland and 75+ Resources Industry Strategy experts across several geographical nodes globally.Involved in Agile Business Models Business Strategy (Strategy / Business models / Operating models, Business Cases, Ecosystem Partnerships and M&A, Strategic Workforce Planning and Future of Work). Worked with clients across Europe, Middle East, Africa, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Responsibilities to date included sales planning and market development, management of strategy consulting projects, interactions with C-Suite and key stakeholders, strategic analysis and value architecting, SME roles, overseeing the preparation of key project deliverables. In the last 14 years at Accenture actively involved in the Resources and Products / Retail Strategy practice development, being the Global Resources Industry Solution Development Lead, Energy (O&G) Solution Development Lead, CN Utilities Lead, RES Recruitment Lead for the CN Warsaw Node, supporting the setup of communities of practice (i.a. for Data Driven Consulting). Jacek’s roles also included being an Energy Retail sector SME as well as Research Program Lead in the Innovation and Thought Leadership space (Advanced Customer Strategy, Digital Operating Model, Future of Work). Jacek holds degrees (MSc. and M.A.) in Gestion et Technologie (Technology and Management) of the International Faculty of Engineering (IFE) at the Technical University of Łódz (dissertation in English on Waste to Energy and Circular Economy) and at the French Lyon University (dissertation in French on investments in the power generation sector in Poland) with post graduate courses completed from INSEAD and Kellogg School of Management. He is a PMP and a ACCA qualification candidate.
