   Provide 24-hour monitoring of Decant, Slurry, Carbon Black Oil movements via inland barges, international vessels, tank transfers, and pipeline movements to minimize delays and demurrage.• Assist with Trader in blending operations to maximize asset back trading initiatives.• Manage CITGO refineries (Corpus Christi, TX, Lake Charles, LA, Lemont, IL) and 3rd party storage/blending facilities (St. Rose, LA, Houston, TX, Forest View, IL) inventory forecast’s based on production and planned outages.• Coordinate with Accounting, IT, and Traders, to ensure accurate and efficient billing via RightAngle and SAP ERP systems.• Build and maintain relationships with inspectors, 3rd party facilities, refineries, and marine equipment operators for clear lines of communication.• Review load, discharge, and COA reports to ensure volumes and specifications are accurately tracked and align with all parties involved.• Provide backup for Isobutane, Normal Butane, Propane, Sulfur, and Petcoke schedulers.
