ABOUT JOSH ANDERSON

At Divisions Maintenance Group, I lead a team of account executives in full sales cycle execution. We provide 24/7/365 uninterrupted peace of mind in the facilities maintenance space. We live out the value of having one number to call that works relentlessly to solve in 65+ different trades.Before Divisions, I spent four years in operations management at Amazon working in devices reverse logistics. I helped drive customer obsession by leading a team of over 300+ salaried and hourly associates who processed and screened +8M Amazon devices (Echo, Fire Stick, Fire Tablet, etc) during my tenure. If you returned one of these devices between June 2020 and July 2024 and live in North America, my team executed its successful refund.While at Amazon, I created and led branding efforts for our CVG2 Mastodons launch. I served as the single threaded leader for CVG2\'s first ever department 3D virtual tours. This unique onboarding tool is still used today by remote Lab126 executives for ADRL (Amazon Devices Reverse Logistics) training across the world. Before Amazon, I spent 13 seasons in Minor League Baseball working for both the River City Rascals and Florence Freedom (now the Y’alls). I was named the youngest VP & General Manager is league history in 2012. Our corporate sales team grew revenue by 110% through marketing outrageously that often gained national attention (see Manti Te\'o Girlfriend Bobblehead)! During my time in pro baseball, I was honored as the Frontier League Executive of the Year, and led the league\'s Organization of the Year in 2015. I got my baseball start by calling radio play-by-play and have broadcasted games with four MLB Hall of Famers (Lou Brock, Fergie Jenkins, Johnny Bench and Pete Rose)!A few promos of mine to grab national attention include:1. Our 2019 Father’s Day Dad Bod jerseys were featured on TMZ.com and Barstools Sports! Helped launch the Florence Y’alls rebrand which was named Barstool Sports #1 name in minor league baseball! Love the outside the box creativeness baseball allowed me to have!
