ABOUT J. WHEELER CROOK
J. Wheeler Crook, PE has nearly two decades of Water Resources Engineering experience and engineering management. Currently, Mr. Crook serves as vice-president of engineering for Utility Infrastructure and Community Development. In this role, he is responsible for the operational management of a highly functioning team of engineers and consultants. His responsibilities also include development of community based projects where water resources are critical, including rural and economic development. His team provides research, studies, consulting, project management, design, construction and master planning for clients across the Southeast. He is licensed in the states of Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, & North Carolina.
