Led working meetings to develop strategy for EPHI to become the African CDC; revised and realigned EPHI 5-year strategic plan to account for expanded facility capabilities. Created new markets for disinfection/decontamination services. Designing/manufacturing proprietary transportable gas-tight enclosures, developed gas distribution and sterility testing procedures, and trained staff in service deployment. Developed NIH grant proposal to create enterprise risk management analytics & automation software. At Consumer Electronic Show, met with Amazon Alexa development team to explore the application of Alexa Skills, Alexa Voice Services, ML and AI to monitor risk and to create low-touch diagnostic, research and production labs
