Development Rotational Program for engineers with their MBA. This program takes place over two years, with four rotations across various business units. Rotation #1: HPP and Fluoro Chemicals MarketingMy first rotation was in the High Performance Polymers Marketing Group. I conducted an internal audit of the HPP marketing team to make data-driven recommendations for the 2026 strategy. I then joined the Fluoro Chemical Marketing team where I contributed to multiple advertisements, supported an anti-counterfeiting video, and built out a new website map.Rotation #2: Bostik Durable Goods FinanceI am currently in my second rotation where I will be immersed in the financial procedures and will be completing some strategic initiatives.

MBA graduate with a strong project management background. Highly adaptable and eager to learn about how corporate strategy is implemented across the business. I have experience working in three countries (US, Germany, and Ireland) at six different Merck/MSD sites. During this time, I have worked on Human Health, Animal Health, and Merck Research Lab projects. This has given me an understanding of many different cultures and the quirks that each, unique pharmaceutical facility brings. These experiences have made me a well-rounded project manager who is able to maintain strong relationships with many stakeholders. I am eager to continue to explore the world and hope to have the opportunity to work with even more unique cultures in the future.
