ABOUT IVIE I.
With nearly 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate, I’ve built a strong foundation through internships across multiple sectors: property management and financial management at Keller Williams Realty, research and retail brokerage at SRS Real Estate Partners, private equity and investment analysis with Project Destined, and most recently, preservation and asset management at Columbia Residential. My academic background as a Finance major has further supported my growth, especially through coursework like Corporate Finance, Investments, and Hotel Real Estate and Asset Management—courses that deepened my understanding of valuation, financial strategy, and asset operations across various real estate sectors. I’m also currently working toward becoming a Certified Hotel Valuation and Appraisal Professional to further strengthen my expertise in hospitality real estate. I’m especially passionate about real estate development and asset management, with a focus on projects that strengthen communities and create long-term value. I’ve also supported research on urban innovation and real estate trends in Atlanta through ESGRE Lab. As Treasurer of my university’s Real Estate Society and an active member of various community service organizations, I’ve combined my interest in real estate with a commitment to giving back.
