I have considerable experience within the property industry and have the pleasure of managing a great team of property professionals across Ireland. My role is across Commercial (Agency & Professional Services) and New Homes within Sherry FitzGerald Group.Our dedicated new homes team have a wealth of experience having successfully sold over homes across multiple developments. We are proud to be market leaders in the sector managing approx. €1bn GDV per annum in recent years.Our Commercial division represents a re-entry in the Commercial Real Estate sector - we are ambitious for growth - organically building on existing relationships and adding talent to diversify our core competencies.The team works to build long-term partnerships with developer & non-developer clients to develop tailored solutions by providing strategic & policy advice, design, marketing & agency across New Homes, Public Housing, Residential Investment (PRS) sectors and Commercial Agency and Professional Services. We are focussed on that raw material of development land and are working on a number of partnerships.In April 2022, it was my great honour to be nominated Chairperson of Property Industry Ireland (PII) following a number of years chairing the Supply & Demand Commitee. PII is a multi-disciplinary representative body working to improve the housing system & broader property industry. I was re-elected in 2024 for a further two year term.I was nominated a Fellow of the Society Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI & RICS) in 2021.With regard to industry engagement our theme for PII is around the 3Cs of Collaboration, Communication & Communities…
