ABOUT STEVEN MANEK
I have over 30 years experience in allaspects of sales and management in this exciting industry.I started with DNG in 1996 in their Stillorgan Branch.I opened their Bray office in late 1997 and managed that branch until 2002. I was then made an associate director in 2003 and took over the Dun Laoghaire branch. I ran the Dun laoghaire branch from 20••••11 as well as being responsible for co-ordinating sales in the Stillorgan office between 2006 and 2008. I was made a Partner in 2005.For the past 12 years I have been working with the Sherry FitzGerald Group. My role is currently Regional Director for our residential business. Together with the senior management team I help draw up and implement our business plan across the residential branch network we have in Dublin and North county Wicklow. I work closely with my fellow directors and the office managers across our Dublin network. My particular area of property expertise is across the market in our south County Dublin offices in Blackrock, Dun Laoghaire, Foxrock and Dalkey. I am also responsible for our north Co. Wicklow team in our Bray, Greystones, Wicklow and Arklow office areas. These locations are where I have bought and sold for many clients over the past 30 years. As well as my people management duties I am involved in all aspects of our business as well as Valuations and Sales in these key branches.
